Marketing material timeline and pricing
EXPLORATION & DESIGN PHASE
- An e-meeting with your marketing department team, your sales team and your weddings team in order to gather you logo, slogan, fonts and imagery of your brand for publicity.
- Once received, sketches of banners, leaflets, mass mailings and videos as well as social media adds will be given so you can choose 3 options of each item to be developed by our team.
DEVELOPMENT PHASE
- Development time frame is around 2 weeks for banners, leaflets, mass mailings and 2 weeks more for video adds as well as social media adds.
- All imagery is responsibility of the the clients, therefore depending on how fast data is given from your end to our developers, it will start immediately afte package development has been finished to fasten the process.
- Mock ups of Banners, leaflets, mass mailings and social media adds will be given with copyright and slogans that your clients will love.
- Mailings, videos and social media adds will have CTA (call to actions) that will drive your clients to your landing page.
- Note. Landing page development is not included in this package. If you have one, your CTAs will be driven to it. In case you are interested in landing page development, please let us know.
- Time frame will start once the client has provided this information.
- During this time, we might look silent for you, which means we are doing all the coding and lay out for you.
REVIEW & TESTING PHASE
- All marketing material provide will have 30 days time frame once submitted to the client for review.
- Adjustments on text, imagery, pricing, lay out , add ons on products (up to 3 products per type) are included.
- After 30 days time frame given, if any adjutsments are needed will incur into an additional fee.
- Redesigning , adding or deleting sections on the package will incur into an additional fee.
OVERALL COST
- Marketing material is quoted depending on what kind of marketing material you would like.
- From $4,980 USD in addition to a certificate of 3 complementary nights for 2pp in one of your properties.
- Marketing material services does not include handling printed flyers, banners and such. But it includes the content that those materials will have. The flyer, banner and brochure development will be responsibility of your marketing department who has the credentials of your logos, fonts, and lay outs.
- If site visits are required, then travel expenses for 2 or 3pp will be covered by the client.
- Professional photography, videography and imagery provided by the client during development phase will be used.
NOTE.
Package brush ups every year are highly recommended as the market trends go by. It is not necessary to pay again for Marketing material in full, but it will incur into a flat fee for consultation(s) and depending on how many add ons, removals or adjustments are needed, it will be quoted accordingly.
