Package development timeline and pricing

EXPLORATION & DESIGN PHASE

  • 1st visit required in order to get familiar to your properties and get to know your sales, planning and onsite wedding teams. We will gather information of your existing vendors and current offerings.
  • 2nd visit (if needed, as much of this could be done online). Consists in going onsite once the package development has began and blueprints are in process. Meetings with all vendors, sales, planning and onsite wedding teams  to review information processed in the blueprint. Here the vendors and hotel staff will be able to double check information sent and this is where adjustments could be done.

DEVELOPMENT PHASE

  • Development phase can take from 6 to 12 weeks depending on your amount of information, existing imagery, etc. During this time, we might look silent for you, which means we are doing all the coding and lay out for you.

REVIEW & TESTING PHASE

  • All packages will have 30 days time frame once submitted to the client for review.
  • Adjustments on text, imagery, pricing, lay out , add ons on products (up to 3 products per type) are included.
  • After 30 days time frame given, if any adjutsments are needed will incur into an additional fee.
  • Redesigning , adding or deleting sections on the package will incur into an additional fee.

OVERALL COST

  • Cost will vary according to the amount of information given.
  • From $9,870 USD
  • Site visits with travel expenses for 2 or 3pp to each of your hotel properties.
  • Professional photography, videography and imagery are to be provided by the client.

NOTE.

Package brush ups every year are highly recommended as the market trends go by.  It is not necessary to pay again for package development in full, but it will incur into a flat fee for consultation(s) and depending on how many add ons, removals or adjustments are needed, it will be quoted accordingly.
