Promotion strategy timeline and pricing

EXPLORATION & DESIGN PHASE

  • A e-meeting with your sales department to explore the target markets, current situation, expectations and whole sale clients and travel agents database you work with. We will also explore which media and press you currently use in your target markets. In case you still do not have those connections yet, we will be happy to help you connecting you with the right fit.
  • Based on the results of the e-meeting, we will send you a samples of promotion strategies to choose from so we can develop the plan and calendar accordingly.

DEVELOPMENT PHASE

  • Development time frame is around 2 weeks depending on how fast data is given from your end.
  • A blueprint of the promotion strategy and a calendar of activities.
  • Full presentation contents will be given only once dates of promotional trip are selected and flight and accomodation tickets has been confirmed by the client.

DURING THE PROMOTIONAL TRIP

  • A person of your sales department should be with our team during the trip to do negotiations and to answer questions related to your property, not the wedding package promotion.
  • In case you have BDMs in your target country will function as hosts either for your sales team and us, so as with the target audience.

OVERALL COST

  • Cost from $2,500 USD
  • Travel expenses for 2pp
  • Rental of the presentation venue, equipment, drinks and canapés are not included.
  • Attendees database not included as it is responsibility of the client.
  • Professional photography, videography and imagery  provided by the client during development phase will be used.
